We have been repairing watches for almost 20 years and understand the value of a watch is not always calculated in financial terms. So we treat watches with the same care whatever the value.
Pricing Structure
We attempt to maintain a standard pricing structure for watch repairs. It may be apparent that certain parts will be required after the watch is dismantled – if this is the case we will stop the repair and seek authorisation before continuing.
We have a standard trade price guide available on request. Minor part replacements will be included in the cost of a service. Please contact us and we can email you our price guide in PDF format.
Callers are welcome but by appointment only.
Repairs by Post
We can offer trade repairs by post. The cost of postage will be added to your monthly invoice and will be expected to be around £7.50 per consignment. We will only use insured and special delivery even for low value watches.
